Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Plant Operations

About the role

TITAN Greece is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to lead daily maintenance activities at its Kamari plant. Reporting to the Mechanical Department Manager, you will ensure equipment availability, supervise shift personnel, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule mechanical inspections, assessments, and spare‑part audits.
• Supervise work‑order execution, guaranteeing safety, quality and timeliness.
• Allocate staff to maximise production equipment availability and efficiency.
• Monitor daily maintenance and production issues, coordinating requests and meetings.
• Develop and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to improve reliability and safety.
• Recommend improvements and create execution plans.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Prepare written instructions, guidelines and procedures for mechanical tasks.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing, industrial or construction settings.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Completed mandatory military service, if applicable.
