Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to execute day‑to‑day marketing activities for our Greek branch while supporting other ALEF Group markets as needed. This operational role focuses on delivering campaigns, events and digital initiatives in line with vendor and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local marketing activities in Greece, aligned with vendor and company goals.
• Organise and manage events that strengthen business‑partner relationships.
• Support the sales team across the full marketing mix: digital marketing, social media, content creation and campaign execution.
• Manage the marketing budget and handle vendor administration, including claims and proof‑of‑performance documentation.
• Track, analyse and report on marketing performance and budget utilisation.
• Plan and run effective meetings with local and international colleagues.
• Collaborate with and support other ALEF Group markets as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in IT, distribution or B2B environments.
• Strong affinity for processes and administration, comfortable with recurring documentation and reporting.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills; ability to work independently.
• Hands‑on knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation and social media platforms.
• Event‑management experience is essential.
• Experience with vendor marketing processes and reporting is a plus.
• Proactive, independent and comfortable working within an international team.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
