Marketing Specialist – Digital Community & Campaign Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to manage our client’s digital community, coordinate promotional campaigns, and support brand initiatives across both digital and traditional channels. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s digital community on social media, review sites, and messaging platforms.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute newsletters, promotional campaigns, and the social media content calendar.
• Collaborate with internal departments, agencies, and third‑party partners to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and update the corporate website, overseeing content creation and ongoing improvements.
• Prepare marketing communication materials, reports, briefs, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support the execution of campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Maintain marketing assets, databases, and filing systems with accuracy.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in organizing events, product launches, and brand awareness activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
• Strong command of Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
