Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will support TALLY WEiJL’s dynamic brand presence across its stores in Greece and Cyprus. Working closely with the retail and visual teams, you will create and execute campaigns that reflect the latest fashion trends and engage young consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars for multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with store teams to promote weekly collections and special offers.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency.
• Identify emerging fashion and digital trends to keep the brand ahead of the market.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar marketing or social media role.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Passion for fashion and up‑to‑date knowledge of the industry.
• Fluent English and proficient computer usage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Ability to create engaging visual and written content.
• Basic analytics skills to track campaign performance.
