Marketing Manager (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Marketing Manager (B2B) to support the growth of ASBIS Hellas. The role combines strategic marketing, channel coordination, event management, lead generation, and business development support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and vendor requirements.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, online advertising, and lead‑generation activities.
• Coordinate and monitor vendor‑funded marketing initiatives (MDF programs) and create localized content, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Analyze marketing performance, prepare reports, KPIs, and ROI evaluations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support sales teams with campaigns, lead generation, and customer engagement; build relationships with resellers, system integrators, and corporate clients.
• Organize trade shows, partner events, product launches, webinars, and workshops, handling logistics and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B, channel or trade marketing, preferably in ICT, technology, electronics, distribution or telecommunications.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of channel sales and distributor‑vendor‑partner ecosystems.
• Project management, organizational and analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing and sales data.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
