Digital Advertising Specialist (Italian) – Athens, Flexible Start

About the role

Join an international digital advertising project supporting business clients on two of the world’s leading social media platforms. The position is office‑based in Athens, offers a fixed Monday‑Friday schedule, and provides a competitive salary package.

Key responsibilities

• Support existing business clients and private advertisers, building strong inbound relationships.
• Help advertisers improve and optimise their digital campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend suitable solutions.
• Guide customers through platform tools and advertising features, from setup to optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams in an international environment.

Required profile

• Fluent Italian (C2 – native speaker) and strong English (minimum B2).
• Residence in the Athens area or willingness to relocate (relocation support available).
• Interest in social media, digital advertising and online trends.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a digital marketing environment.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly gross salary (1150 EUR base + allowances and bonuses) with a total range of approximately 1350‑1600 EUR.
• Performance‑based sales bonus of 250 EUR paid quarterly.
• Two additional salaries per year (totaling 2300 EUR gross) – Christmas, Easter and Summer.
