Marketing Lead – Trade Markets

About the role

The Marketing Lead, Trade Markets will shape and execute the marketing strategy for DePuy Synthes orthopaedics across distributor‑led markets in Greece. You will translate global portfolio strategies into locally relevant plans that drive growth, product adoption and improved patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade‑market marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and regional franchise plans.
• Partner with sales, distributors and commercial teams to identify opportunities, segment customers and create demand‑generation programmes for hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Lead portfolio planning, product launches, adoption plans and lifecycle management for orthopaedic solutions.
• Analyse market dynamics, procedure trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare laws, company policies and DePuy Synthes brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive marketing, portfolio or product management experience in medical‑device or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical ability to turn market data into actionable marketing priorities.
• Proven collaboration skills with sales and cross‑functional partners in distributor‑led models.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 20% within the region.
