Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised Marketing Executive to join our team in Athens. The role focuses on digital marketing, PR, brand storytelling and content creation to deliver engaging guest experiences across all brand touchpoints. You will support the Marketing department with a full range of activities and travel frequently to our resort on Kéa Island.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content updates for the resort website, microsite, Google Business Profiles, in‑villa app and TV.
• Oversee organic and paid social media content and community management across all channels.
• Plan, organise and facilitate photography and videography productions and maintain image libraries.
• Coordinate media visits, influencer trips and digital content creator engagements.
• Create and distribute press releases, update media kits and send regular newsletters.
• Support digital advertising by creating assets and updating OTA platform content.
• Develop sales and marketing collateral, distribute materials and ensure brand alignment.
• Promote in‑resort activations, events and special initiatives.
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, copywriters and printers.
• Track the marketing budget, prepare reports and assist with project management.

Required profile

• Passionate about digital marketing, PR and brand storytelling.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Athens and the resort.
