Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Tanweer, part of the Tanweer Group operating in the Greek cinema market, is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Glyfada, Athens. The role supports the Marketing Team in delivering comprehensive film release campaigns, from strategy to on‑the‑ground activations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets and campaign materials.
• Develop and implement organic growth tactics across all communication channels.
• Act as the primary contact for social media platforms and coordinate with media shops, agencies, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with internal team members to maintain consistency and share best practices.
• Contribute ideas and participate in premieres, events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and present film marketing and publicity plans, reports, and brand presentations for partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Management or Communications.
• 3‑5 years of experience in advertising or marketing, preferably with media shops or events agencies.
• Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing release dates and media plans.
• Creative, enthusiastic multitasker with excellent presentation and writing abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Hands‑on experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
• Digital‑savvy and up‑to‑date with social media marketing tools.
