Marketing & Communications Officer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Communications Officer to support daily communications, content creation, social media, product launches and marketing actions for our client’s company. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or a professional with up to two years of experience who wants to develop skills in marketing, digital marketing, content and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication and follow‑up with the advertising agency.
• Monitor pending items and agreed actions.
• Collect photos, videos, information and other material for marketing purposes.
• Support the creation of social‑media content, including captions, posts, stories and corporate announcements.
• Assist the monthly content calendar and coordinate with suppliers’ marketing departments.
• Gather marketing assets from suppliers such as photos, videos, brochures and campaign material.
• Help with new product and brand launches and update the corporate website.
• Support newsletters, digital communication campaigns, events, presentations and trainings.
• Organise and maintain marketing files and ensure a consistent corporate image.
• Collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to collect content and information.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
• Good knowledge of social‑media platforms.
• Basic proficiency with Canva or similar content‑creation tools.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Reliability, responsibility and effective follow‑up.
