Manager Bid Management

About the role

Lead and manage the bid process from initial assessment to submission, ensuring high-quality, competitive proposals. Lead a team with a focus on achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual targets for new business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide governance for team meetings and 1:1s to develop performance and ensure milestone achievement.
• Collaborate with account management teams to devise winning bid strategies.
• Analyze bid requirements, coordinate responses, create compelling pricing calculations, and support decision‑making.
• Manage bid timelines, risks, and deliverables to guarantee timely submission.
• Review and enhance bid content for consistency, accuracy, and client compliance.
• Maintain a repository of reusable bid content and templates to improve efficiency.
• Engage with external and internal stakeholders to gather insights and build meaningful relationships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in bid management, preferably within the IT services industry.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of IT service offerings, solutions, and business models.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with an affinity for working with numbers.
• Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment.
• Critical thinking and alignment with company objectives.
