Maintenance Handyman – Athens

About the role

Bob W is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Handyman to keep its Athens short‑stay apartments in top condition. You will join a small, close‑knit team and be responsible for daily maintenance, guest‑related repairs and supporting larger renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple properties.
• Carry out minor carpentry, painting and furniture repairs.
• Respond quickly to guest maintenance requests and complaints.
• Supervise external contractors for major repairs or installations.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring they are safe and functional.
• Conduct health‑ and safety inspections and keep accurate logs.
• Assist with testing emergency systems and suggest energy‑saving measures.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Proven experience in routine property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of domestic appliances and their upkeep.
• Familiarity with health‑ and safety regulations, including fire safety.
• Ability to keep detailed records of work performed.
