Maintenance Engineer

About the role

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be the first point of contact on‑site, maintaining and installing Tetra Pak equipment at customer facilities across Greece. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure food safety, operational excellence, and continuous production for millions of people worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of moderate complexity.
• Use the Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS) to report and document service activities.
• Support and carry out on‑site troubleshooting and interpret technical documentation.
• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and suggest improvements for customer operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all OHS and Tetra Pak safety protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Valid mechanical or electrical license.
• High proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in food processing, manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Willingness to travel 70–90% of the time, mainly within Greece.
• Result‑oriented, accountable, and able to work independently.
