Luxury Home Organisation Project Assistant

About the role

Redefined is a premium luxury home organisation company based in Athens. We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Project Assistant to support the planning and execution of high‑end residential, office and yacht organisation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with hands‑on organisation of clients’ homes, offices and yachts alongside the managing team.
• Organise wardrobes, clothing, accessories, toys, playrooms, kitchens, storage rooms and other spaces.
• Fold, categorise, arrange and present items neatly and efficiently.
• Create functional, visually appealing systems tailored to each client’s needs.
• Handle large quantities of belongings while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Follow the Project Manager’s direction to ensure each area meets required standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised working environment throughout each project.
• Treat clients’ homes and belongings with utmost care, discretion and respect.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects within allocated timeframes.

• Passionate about organisation, interiors and creating beautiful spaces.
• Fluent in English; Greek is an advantage.
• Previous experience in organisation, interiors, hospitality, events, luxury retail or similar client‑facing environment is a plus.
