Luxury Butler for Ultra‑Luxury Resort

About the role

Fouquet’s Mykonos, the Barrière Group’s first Greek venture, is looking for a Butler to be the ultimate guardian of the guest experience for its 61 suites and private villas. Reporting to the Room Service & Minibar Manager, you will orchestrate seamless, highly personalized stays for VIP guests from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for suite guests, coordinating with concierge, housekeeping, spa and culinary teams to fulfil any request.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs before they are voiced, including bespoke excursions, personalized room setups and packing/unpacking services.
• Deliver flawless in‑room dining, managing elite table presentation, precise order taking and discreet service of gourmet meals.
• Oversee suite logistics such as minibar curation, laundry management and coordination of VIP welcomes and departures.
• Capture and update guest preferences in “Guest Files” to build lifelong loyalty and ensure consistent, tailored experiences.
• Represent Barrière’s values, discretion and prestige at all times, handling guest feedback with grace and a resolution‑focused mindset.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong orientation toward ultra‑luxury service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent discretion, diplomacy and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
