Logistics Systems Administrator (WMS)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will ensure the system runs smoothly, supports warehouse operations, and integrates effectively with other enterprise tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the Warehouse Management System.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Configure and optimise WMS processes to boost warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure accurate system data and inventory integrity for daily operations.
• Collaborate with operations, IT teams and third‑party vendors to implement system enhancements.
• Provide user support, training, and create documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Experience configuring systems, troubleshooting, and delivering user support.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ERP system integration.
