Logistics Dispatcher

About the role

Join a fast‑moving distribution team in a state‑of‑the‑art logistics centre handling up to 25,000 products and 12,000 deliveries during peak periods. As a Logistics Dispatcher you will plan next‑day deliveries across Greece, coordinate drivers, and optimise routes to ensure timely, cost‑effective service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adjust daily delivery plans for a large fleet of vehicles.
• Monitor real‑time traffic, weather, and driver availability to optimise routes.
• Communicate schedule changes and instructions to drivers and warehouse staff.
• Track delivery performance and report any deviations.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability for scheduled shipments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in dispatching or transportation planning.
• Academic background in Production Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer service.
• Ability to manage a large fleet and handle high‑volume delivery operations.
