Logistics Specialist

About the role

Prime Plastics, a Vinmar Company, is looking for a Logistics Specialist to coordinate material movement between suppliers, warehouses and customers. The role focuses on improving supply‑chain performance while ensuring cost‑effective transportation and high customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collections from suppliers and warehouses to deliver to Vinmar’s customers.
• Negotiate spot transportation rates to secure cost‑effective services.
• Monitor logistics operations, including allocation, instruction, warehousing and freight forwarding, to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Maintain collaboration with CSR, sales, back‑office and credit control teams.
• Support invoicing by ensuring all shipping documents (loading reports, stock reports, B/Ls, etc.) are complete.
• Resolve queries from Business Services related to third‑party invoices.
• Follow up return orders and propose alternative supply‑chain solutions with sales.
• Manage the Order‑to‑Cash process and handle complaints or claims.
