Logistics Coordinator – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

Alinda is seeking a full‑time Logistics Coordinator to join its headquarters in Spata. You will be the hub for daily logistics activities, ensuring that inbound and outbound shipments move smoothly and that product delivery meets the company’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, organize transportation, and monitor delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, update ERP and inventory software, and prepare shipping and customs documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to optimise supply‑chain processes.
• Resolve delivery issues promptly and communicate status updates to managers.
• Track logistics performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous process optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret logistics data and support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
• Customer‑service orientation to handle inquiries and resolve delivery problems.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply‑chain operations, preferably in industrial or food‑related sectors.
• Vocational or higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
