Front Desk Agent – Service Point (Spata)

About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Service Point in Spata, Greece. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers who drop off or pick up shipments, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience that reflects DHL’s commitment to service quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers with shipment pick‑up, hand‑in and related inquiries.
• Process customer orders, shipping documentation and returns in line with company procedures.
• Gather information to answer product and service questions.
• Enter data accurately and generate routine reports as required.
• Maintain compliance with daily operational guidelines and safety standards.

Required profile

• Vocational or technical education, or relevant certification.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using computer systems for data entry and reporting.
