Latvian Customer Advisor – Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Latvian-speaking Customer Advisor to work in Athens, Greece. The role represents a worldwide brand in a multicultural environment and focuses on building customer relationships and giving customers the best possible experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand and integrate into a multicultural team.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Latvian at C2 level or native.
• Good knowledge of English at B2 level.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills, good time management, team spirit and flexibility.
