Kids Club Manager

About the role

Sandblu Resort, a leading luxury hospitality brand in Santorini, is seeking a dynamic Kids Club Manager to lead its family‑focused services. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging environment that reflects the resort’s ultra‑luxury standards while delivering memorable experiences for young guests and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement age‑appropriate activity programs that align with Sandblu’s luxury brand.
• Oversee daily Kids Club operations, including scheduling, attendance tracking and facility organization.
• Enforce safeguarding, health, safety and emergency procedures in full compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate the Kids Club team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Manage inventory of materials and equipment, guaranteeing quality, safety and availability.
• Control the Kids Club budget while maintaining premium service standards.
• Build strong relationships with parents to foster trust, satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall family guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback, track performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Support promotional and revenue‑generating initiatives related to family services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in childcare, education or luxury hospitality environments.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (considered an asset).
• Certified in First Aid & CPR (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding policies and international safety standards.
• Creative mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
