Key Account Manager – Retail Sales (Attica)

About the role

Hell Greece, a leading energy‑drinks brand in Greece, is looking for a Key Account Manager based in Attica. You will drive the execution of the sales growth plan, focusing on developing and managing both local and national retail chain accounts while activating targeted sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the retail sales team, monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets set by the company.
• Manage and expand the existing portfolio of local and national retail chains.
• Negotiate, finalize, and implement commercial agreements with retail clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with current accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design strategies that boost business growth.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities or threats.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 2–3 years of retail sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with structured retail networks.
• Goal‑oriented, results‑driven mindset with high integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in PC usage and MS Office applications.
