Junior Visual Designer

About the role

INTERWEAVE is seeking a Junior Visual Designer with a strong visual sensibility and a passion for thoughtful, well‑crafted design across digital and physical platforms. You will support the development of creative concepts and help deliver high‑quality visual solutions while collaborating closely with senior designers and the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver visual designs for digital interfaces, packaging, printed materials and other physical touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal teams from briefing through delivery, ensuring consistency, craft and attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas and assist in creating visual concepts that align with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in visual or graphic design (or relevant internships).
• Portfolio demonstrating visual potential, taste and curiosity.
• Strong understanding of basic design principles such as typography, layout and composition.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI generative design tools.
• Knowledge of animation or motion design (a plus).
