Junior Software Tester/QA Engineer (Functional Testing)

About the role

You will actively participate in project‑related testing activities, acting with increasing autonomy within multi‑functional teams. As a quality ambassador you will ensure that software delivers the intended functionality and meets client requirements through functional testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, monitor and report functional test cases.
• Manage and track defects, perform root‑cause analysis and collaborate with development and design teams to resolve issues.
• Perform test case design based on specifications or user stories.
• Execute tests, monitor results and produce clear reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in English.
• Availability to travel domestically and abroad.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, curious attitude with strong teamwork orientation.
• Interest in software quality and testing.
• Good analytical skills, precision, self‑management and goal‑orientation.
