Junior Sales Representative – Remote (EMEA)

About the role

Bloomie is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to help expand its client base across the EMEA region. You will work remotely with a distributed team, introducing our candidate evaluation platform to talent acquisition teams and learning full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospects such as Talent Acquisition leads, HR managers, and hiring teams.
• Conduct introductory calls to uncover hiring bottlenecks and demonstrate how Bloomie simplifies recruitment.
• Deliver clear product demos showing gamified assessments that require no IT setup.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow‑ups, and deal stages in the CRM.
• Collaborate with remote sales, product, and onboarding colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Based in an EMEA time zone with a reliable home‑office setup.
• Professional fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable with phone and video meetings.
• Quick learner of new software tools and able to explain technical products in simple terms.
• 1–2 years of experience or internships in sales, customer support, or recruitment (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Interest in gamification, HR technology, or the recruitment industry.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
