Junior Sales Representative – Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our insurance team at Pricefox.gr, a Greek startup that compares car, home, and energy prices. The role focuses on guiding customers who have already expressed interest through our platform, helping them select the best insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise customers who have already shown interest in our services.
• Analyze each customer’s needs and guide them to the most suitable insurance product from a network of 20 providers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and promote additional services that match their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with Back‑Office and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth processes and a high‑quality experience.
• Contribute to team goals by achieving sales targets and participating in continuous training.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a positive, sales‑driven attitude.
• Comfortable using technology and basic CRM tools.
• Team‑player mentality with the ability to work flexible full‑time shifts.
• Willingness to obtain an Insurance Agent Certification recognized by the Bank of Greece.
• Availability for a five‑day workweek with rotating morning or afternoon shifts.
