Junior Project Planner – Infrastructure & Construction

About the role

TechBiz Global is recruiting a Junior Project Planner for a client in Athens. The role supports planning, scheduling and monitoring of infrastructure and construction projects, working closely with project managers, engineers and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and work programs.
• Support project teams with progress monitoring, schedule reporting and data collection.
• Update schedules, track performance against baselines and identify deviations.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and related documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to verify project progress data.
• Help devise recovery and mitigation plans for schedule variances.
• Participate in project control and planning meetings.
• Maintain proper documentation of planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• 2–3 years of experience in project planning, controls, construction or engineering projects.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional project‑controls environment.
