Junior Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Coordinator to support our Procurement team in delivering efficient sourcing, supplier management and procurement operations that align with Qualco Group’s business objectives and cost‑optimization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist business units in identifying and managing procurement needs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support sourcing activities, including RFI, RFQ and RFP processes, and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Help negotiate pricing and commercial terms under senior guidance and manage contract administration and supplier onboarding.
• Monitor purchase requests and contracts to ensure timelines are met and maintain compliance with the Anti‑Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or finance functions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
