Junior PC Network Support Technician

About the role

ELTRAK Greece is looking for a Junior PC Network Support Technician to maintain and manage PCs, servers, printers and related infrastructure across the head office and branch locations. The role provides day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees and ensures that email, data storage and networking services operate smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Windows PCs, servers and printers.
• Install, upgrade and configure hardware and software both locally and remotely.
• Provide help‑desk support, including telephone assistance and on‑site troubleshooting.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of critical infrastructure and spare parts.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning of computer rooms at all sites.
• Assist with LAN and WAN troubleshooting in coordination with the Network Administrator.
• Support telecommunications and mobile devices such as conference phones, AV equipment and Skype for Business.
• Document diagnostic results, installation steps and support calls in the help‑desk system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or network support, or a relevant degree/certification.
• Ability to work under the guidance of the IT Manager and senior specialists.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory management and documentation.
• Good communication skills for interacting with end‑users.
