Junior Marketing Specialist (Athens)

About the role

Mantis, a leading international logistics software vendor, is looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team in Athens. You will support the day‑to‑day execution of B2B technology marketing activities, helping to promote our logistics software products across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing digital, email and social media marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
• Support the production of blog posts, newsletters, marketing materials, videos and other multimedia assets.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports using tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
• Help manage email marketing campaigns and maintain the marketing database.
• Support events, webinars and other promotional activities.
• Review incoming leads against qualification criteria and update Dynamics365 CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Very good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends.
• Comfortable using AI‑powered tools for everyday marketing tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced multinational environment.
