Junior Legal Associate

About the role

We’re looking for a Junior Legal Associate to join the Group Legal & Compliance team at RCG Group in Athens. Working under the Legal Director, you will provide day‑to‑day legal support for corporate, commercial and regulatory matters across our real‑estate services business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and support negotiations of corporate and commercial agreements such as NDAs, SLAs, term sheets and letters of intent.
• Assist with corporate governance, including statutory filings, corporate resolutions and maintenance of company records.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to internal teams under supervision.
• Support M&A, corporate restructuring and coordinate with external counsel.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial and regulatory issues and summarise findings.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain organized legal records, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver timely legal guidance.

Required profile

• LL.B. with admission to practice law in Greece.
• 2–3 years post‑qualification experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Experience with corporate law, commercial contracts and M&A transactions.
• Exposure to financial services, real‑estate or asset‑management sectors is a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
