Junior Flight Operator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Flight Operator to join a leading international transportation and logistics company. You will support daily freight operations, ensuring smooth execution across multiple markets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance for assigned markets/countries, guaranteeing smooth operations and high service standards.
• Plan and optimise transportation routes in collaboration with drivers and external partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with transportation legislation, industry regulations and internal procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of transport documentation and complete all administrative processes on time.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure seamless transportation workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the rollout of new tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics or operations.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with transport management systems (any platform).
