Junior DevOps Engineer – Agile Cloud & CI/CD

About the role

Join Netcompany as a Junior DevOps Engineer and become part of agile, high‑skill product development teams delivering web and digital applications across multiple sectors such as FinTech, Insurance, Telecommunications and the public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of web and backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, micro‑services, Docker, Kafka, Redis, Elastic, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins/Groovy, Nexus, SonarQube, Azure DevOps and ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and propose reliable solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and continuously improve the DevOps toolchain.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Proven experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
