Junior Buyer

About the role

Inventor A.G. A.E., a leading Greek company in air‑conditioning and electrical appliances, is seeking a Junior Buyer to support its purchasing activities. You will work closely with the management team to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective system for monitoring purchase orders.
• Deliver a weekly purchase order report that includes invoice numbers for all closed orders.
• Collaborate with the management team to verify that deliveries meet assigned orders and report any back‑ordered or missing products.
• Assist the Product Director in maintaining regular inventory levels and material availability.
• Communicate accurately with the management team to ensure all orders are correct.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Junior Buyer.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with team members, clients, and suppliers.
• Excellent command of English.
• Negotiation skills to obtain favorable deals.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with purchase orders.
• Team‑oriented mindset and solid math abilities for accurate calculations.
• Own a vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ENTERSOFT or other ERP systems.
• Experience using purchase order software platforms.
• Basic mathematical skills for calculations.
