Italian-English Business Development Sales Representative

About the role

As an Italian‑English Business Development Sales Representative at TTEC, you will work onsite in Athens to create and deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and social media.
• Engage leads, assess needs, and qualify opportunities through discovery conversations.
• Initiate personalized outreach via phone, email, and social platforms.
• Build rapport, nurture relationships, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Upsell and cross‑sell to existing clients to increase revenue and strengthen long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a focus on prospecting, lead qualification, and new business generation.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Italian.
• Ability to articulate value propositions and address customer pain points.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with sales teams and stakeholders.
