IT Technician – Maritime Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support for both our office environment and vessel operations. The role involves ensuring reliable IT services across a maritime organization, handling day‑to‑day issues and collaborating with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support to office staff and crew on vessels.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, hardware components, and network connectivity.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning, licensing, and basic security tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for escalated issues and equipment procurement.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring proper access controls.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking concepts, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Maritime IT experience is a plus.
