IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Infrastructure Specialist to maintain, improve, and secure our organization’s IT environment. The role ensures the reliability, performance, and availability of critical systems and services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches and firewalls.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and related services.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Oversee storage systems, server hardware, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Familiarity with backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
