IT Administrator

About the role

The IT Administrator will provide daily support to employees on both software and hardware issues, manage endpoint setups (PCs and Macs), and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and maintain endpoints, printers, network systems and internal servers.
• Set up and continuously optimise PC and Mac configurations.
• Monitor system performance, apply upgrades and patches, and troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, asset inventory and procedures, ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Develop automation scripts and propose security‑focused solutions.
• Participate in IT projects, upgrades and supplier communications.

Required profile

• Degree in Informatics (TEI or IEK) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration and Azure services (VMs, Load Balancer, Security Groups, Application Gateway, VPN).
• Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, DNS and mail services.
• Scripting with PowerShell and Bash.
• Virtualisation concepts and basic GDPR knowledge.
