Inventory Control & Environmental Coordinator

About the role

Join Toyota Parts Centre Hellas as an Inventory Control & Environmental Coordinator, responsible for ensuring optimal parts availability across Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, North Macedonia and Albania. You will plan, schedule and monitor stock levels while also acting as the ISO 14001 environmental coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule parts and accessories availability for Toyota Logistics Services Hellas and Toyota Motor Europe within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and update all basic data required for demand planning and stock determination.
• Create and transfer demand factors and costing parameters to TME and other suppliers for new and modified vehicle models.
• Monitor inventory performance, analyse trends and support timely procurement actions.
• Coordinate ISO 14001 environmental initiatives and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory planning, supply chain or logistics within an automotive environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 environmental management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across multiple markets.
