About the role

We are looking for an International Partners Success Manager to join Skroutz’s Partners Success team. In this role you will build and nurture relationships with international merchants, ensuring they receive the support needed to grow on our marketplace.

Key responsibilities

Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with international merchants.
Act as the commercial owner for seller growth across designated international markets.
Resolve client issues and complaints promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and meet client needs.
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives.
Deliver on client timelines and commitments.
Conduct regular check‑ins, business reviews and growth meetings with merchants.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Partner Success Management, B2B sales or a similar role.
