Internal Auditor – IT & Digital Banking

About the role

Alpha Bank is looking for a motivated Internal Auditor to join the Information Technology and Digital Banking audit team. You will help strengthen the bank’s governance, risk management and internal control frameworks across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes at Group level.
• Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of information systems and applications.
• Review, evaluate and test application controls.
• Prepare audit working papers documenting tests, findings and recommendations.
• Stay current with international audit standards and frameworks such as IIA, ISACA, CoBIT and ITIL.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• Up to seven years of experience in network, system, database, development, application administration, IT security or ICT audit.
• Banking‑industry knowledge is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP or CISM are advantageous.
• Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
