Integration Facilitator – Independent Living

About the role

The Integration Facilitator will support the integration of third‑country nationals who have international or temporary protection into Greek society. Working on the Helios+ project, the role focuses on employability, language acquisition, vocational training and independent living support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with national and local authorities and project partners to deliver integration activities.
• Provide employability support, including job‑search assistance and vocational training.
• Organise and facilitate Greek language courses for beneficiaries.
• Assist beneficiaries with independent living measures such as rental subsidies.
• Promote social cohesion and inclusion through community‑based activities.
• Report to the Regional Coordinator and the Project Team Lead (Integration and Independent Living).

Required profile

• University degree in psychology, social work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline is desirable.
