Inside Sales Specialist (Remote, Athens)

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to own the full sales cycle for our cloud‑based fitness and wellness platform. You will prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate and close B2B deals, driving revenue growth across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline in a CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Negotiate contract terms and close new business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales and cold‑calling experience, preferably SaaS.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• University degree in a commercial field.
• Native or fluent Greek and professional‑level English.
• Strong communication, multitasking and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• High level PC literacy.
