Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Logicom is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its Distribution office in Aspropyrgos, Attiki. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing existing client inquiries, and generating new business through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls and multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Process orders, handle order entry and provide ongoing customer service.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Research and qualify leads from directories, web searches and digital resources.
• Maintain and update prospect databases (Salesforce, CRM, Excel).
• Present product information and answer client questions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and track performance metrics.
• Build pipelines with channel partners and team members.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in a software or technology environment.
• Basic understanding of technology and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging new customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
