Inside Sales Representative (German)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s Athens office. The role focuses on driving revenue through renewals, upselling, and new business acquisition while supporting a portfolio of existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products and services and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion, guiding customers through onboarding and encouraging long‑term adoption.
• Use data insights to identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities, addressing concerns and removing obstacles.
• Handle objections effectively, manage high volumes of phone and email interactions, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German with fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience meeting individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology and data.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
