ID Card Officer - Santorini Airport (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Fraport Greece operates, manages and upgrades 14 regional airports in Greece. It invites applicants to join its team as ID Card Officer at Santorini Airport under a fixed-term contract. The role handles the administration of airport ID cards and vehicle permits in line with the National Civil Aviation Security Regulation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the issuance of airport ID cards for persons and vehicle permits according to the National Civil Aviation Security Regulation
• Coordinate the download of the correct electronic access zones and check compliance of issued permits and related applications
• Control the ID Card Office file storage and register files
• Keep statistical data on permit issuance and related revenues
• Inactivate expired, lost or withdrawn ID cards when needed

Required profile

• At least a high school or vocational upper secondary school diploma
• Previous work experience, preferably in the aviation sector, is appreciated
• Good knowledge of Greek and English
• Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable)

• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• High standards of accuracy, precision and attention to detail
