Direct Retail Coordinator Intern (ΕΣΠΑ)

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service leasing, subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions, is recruiting a Direct Retail Coordinator Intern through the EΣPA-funded programme run by the university, which handles payments and insurance. The internship is based in Marousi.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to e-mails, handling client requests promptly and building a professional, friendly relationship with key contacts.
• Follow up all requests until they are closed and prepare proposals within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure clients are set up in Ayvens' systems, including the credit approval process, and that orders are logged quickly and accurately.
• Provide internal and external reports to clients accurately and on time, and keep sales information systems and client files up to date.
• Coordinate with all departments so that client requests are handled efficiently, and handle and resolve client complaints.
• Log all client interactions in the CRM tool, identify and escalate situations needing attention, and assist in preparing and coordinating client events.
• Adhere to company policies and keep the communication style in line with the brand identity.

Required profile

• Good command of English, spoken and written.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with strong listening skills.
• Customer service experience over the telephone is considered a plus.

Required skills

• Administrative skills and knowledge of supporting and administrative processes.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and relevant system applications.
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy; IT literate.
