Hungarian Customer Advisor - Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Hungarian speakers to work as a Customer Technical Advisor in Athens, Greece. The role covers answering and logging customer enquiries by phone, keeping accurate records and handling complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and record consumer enquiries and questions received via free phone lines
• Maintain accurate data on enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database
• Ensure client complaints are handled and logged in line with the complaints escalation policy
• Answer and resolve support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log them appropriately
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training, and give recommendations on common problems

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher
• Native or fluent Hungarian
• Good level of English, C1
• Writing speed of 20 words per minute

• Good problem solving and strong troubleshooting skills
