HR Associate

About the role

Bioiatriki Healthcare Group, a leading primary‑care provider in Greece, is looking for an HR Associate to join its Payroll team in Athens. The role supports the administration of attendance, digital work cards and compliance with public reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor employee attendance and working‑time records through digital time‑tracking systems.
• Submit programs, changes and forms to public organisations such as ERGANI II/SEPE.
• Monitor compliance with the Digital Work Card framework and support its day‑to‑day administration.
• Handle personnel requests with accuracy and care.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Methodical with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented with a proactive, service‑focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in payroll, HR operations or personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with ERGANI II.
• Good understanding of the Digital Work Card framework.
